Cool vs Warm Season Crops

Greens
If you know me , you know I LOVE my leafy greens ! ( I must be part lapin . ) We develop an even extensive raiment of park during the tumble and wintertime , but always make way for a handful of our favourite heat - liberal greens in spring . Some may grow aright through summer , like collard greens , swiss chard , and prime kale varieties . The lettuce may not last as long , but we can always plant some pubic hair bean , summer squash , radish , or other fast - maturing summertime veggie in their place once the lettuce kicks the bucket .
Annual Flowers
In addition to the myriad of repeated flowers we have planted around the property , we ’ll farm plenty of annual flowers too . Root Veggies
