" We wanted to bring all variety to the conditions most farms are in " , allege   Juan Pablo Rengifo , Sales Manager at De Ruiter Ecuador Roses . Currently , they are make a new office and expect it to be finish in about three months . FloralDaily had the chance to see to it out their new and differently lay out test and show greenhouse and learn more about their selection mental process .

Show and trial greenhouseThe show and test greenhouse of De Ruiter is free-base at the 17 ha Ecuadorian rose farm Anniroses in Tabacando . It covers an arena of 1.6 ha and is located at an altitude of 2,900 meter above ocean level . The altitude was one of the main reasons for their move . " At our former location , we were at an ALT of 2,500 metre above ocean storey , an altitude that is lower than that on which most farm are ground - 70 percent of the yield area of pink wine is at an altitude of 2,900 meters . So , to show them how the varieties will develop at the majority of farms , we adjudicate to take care for a location with a higher altitude . " Now , they are trialing and showcasing their diversity on a higher altitude , at Anniroses , and are currently building their government agency at this emplacement .

Over the last year , they centre more on pushing their varieties towards the end of the range and created marketing concepts around their motley .
