In theSeptember / October 2012 publication ofFine horticulture , we featured an article by Bob Stamper of Pennsylvania ( we ’ve feature his garden on the GPOD ! ascertain it outHERE ) about the garden art he creates by covering bowling Lucille Ball with pebbles and glass jewel . When Ruth Ann Bigger in Sumter , South Carolina , read the clause , she was inspired to send out in some of her own bowling ball creation . She ’s turned her bowling ball into canvases for picture !
Ruth Ann says,“Here are a couple of project that I have done using tile sample obtained from a well-disposed roofing tile concern . I used Liquid Nails to attach the tiles before grouting , then spray the ball with acrylic paint atomizer to waterproof the project . ”I did n’t see it at first , but the first ball is mean to be a goldfish bowl , with flat tile used as the weewee Earth’s surface . I see it now , and I LOVE it ! And who could n’t make out that ladybug ? So cute , Ruth Ann . Thanks so much for partake these with us !
