We visited Tracy ’s beautiful East Bay , California , garden last week , where we focused on her teetotal garden plantings of cacti , succulents , and other works that thrive without supplementary water system . Today we ’re back to check out her beds withperennials , rose , and other plants that want a little more wet .

A wide view of this part of the garden depict lush planting and a scream of flower semblance . And a few succulents are turn in a low raised container . Succulents are a great choice forcontainersthat can dry out out quickly .

Alstromeria(hardiness vary by cultivar ) rosiness in the front of this bed . Their colorful , long - lasting flowers make them evenly grand cut flowers and garden plants .
