Graptopetalum’Purple Haze ' is a gorgeous clump - formingsucculentwith sprawling stanch that bear rosette of plump leaf at the end . The rose window can reach a diam of 4 inch ( 10 cm ) . The leaves are glaucous grey with bird splodge that appear during wintertime .
Sometimes , the flowers of this cross are not much unlike from those of its parent , Graptopetalum paraguayense . However , Graptopetalumparaguayensemay have white blossom almost without scrap , whileGraptopetalum’Purple Haze ' always has flower with ruddy flecks .
Graptopetalum’Purple Haze ' is often mistaken forGraptopetalum’Victor Kane’but can be distinguished by its lean leaves with a slenderly lustrous surface and the red spot on the petals that are thinner and less pronounced . However , there are seasons when these two hybrid are impossible to tell apart and seasons when the divergence is more prominent .
