Do n’t stir the chicken right away , have the hot pan sear and brown one side before invoke . After stirring , let cook for a few minutes add fresh squeezed lime succus and permit cook off . Test a piece of wimp for doneness by cut in half with spatula . Try not to overcook or the poulet will get too dry . With a hired hand liquidiser blend mayonnaise , chipotle pepper and adobo sauce until smooth .
