I blot this colewort atWhite Flower Farm‘s display gardens in Litchfield , Connecticut , a couple of years ago and fall deucedly in love . Colewort ( Crambe cordifolia , USDA Hardiness zone 6 - 9 ) grows up to 8 ft tall and 5 base wide and flaunts billowing cloud of little blank flower starting in late spring . The AHS cyclopaedia says that the big leave give-up the ghost down in mid- to late summer , which pee-pee me wonder what I ’ll do with that blank space in my low garden come August . Any mesmerism ?
