Rita Rodenberg returns to her etymon in her own backyard .
" After retiring from the instruction profession , I explore a number of Falco subbuteo and find my backyard calling to me . You see , my roots were on an Iowa farm and I eff my rural raising . So , to link with my yesteryear , my end became to transform my backyard , in central Wisconsin , into a office of placidity and beauty . I started out with a small genus Funka garden planted around a Sir Herbert Beerbohm Tree and then append small gardens each class until the perimeter of my backyard were full . I provide a small grass area in the midsection for the grandchildren ’s playing period domain . I would describe my garden as land style garden . I attempt to have color in my garden for the three seasons and to keep them full so there is picayune weeding . I do the over - growth of my gardens with a plant sales agreement in the Spring . With the money I make , I add new works and yard art to my gardens . I have returned to my roots … in my own backyard . "
